Our exciting hospitality apprenticeship trades take you to a variety of training locations, including conference hotels, event locations (for catering jobs) and company restaurants.

Kitchen Specialist (m/f/x) | Apprenticeship

As a kitchen specialist (m/f/x), you’re the one who gets things done in the kitchen. You’re less involved with theory and numbers than you are with the art of cooking. That’s because you’re responsible for preparing, arranging and serving dishes.

    Requirements for apprentices

    You should have:

    • an outgoing personality and a pleasant manner
    • a sense of independence and responsibility
    • organisational skills and flexibility
    • a feeling for and sense of aesthetics
    • good basic maths skills

     

     School leaving qualification:

    You have a good school leaving qualification or a general certificate of secondary education (Mittlere Reife / Realschulabschluss).
