Unless otherwise stated in the following sections, personal data are processed exclusively by Volkswagen Group Services GmbH.
I. General information
Your personal data include information such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. Personal data are only collected, processed and/or used if you provide them voluntarily, e.g. to establish, design or amend the content of a contractual relationship concluded between you and us, to register for personalised services, or if you send us an enquiry via the website. In addition, your personal data are only used if you have given your prior consent, e.g. for receiving advertising and market research.

II. Needs-based advertising (Targeting) with Google Remarketing
Volkswagen Group Services GmbH uses Google Remarketing, an advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland; www.google.de). The process (in accordance with Section 15 Para. 3 of the German Telemedia Act) creates pseudonymous user profiles for the purposes of needs-oriented advertising (Targeting).
This thus enables targeted online promotions. For the purpose of excluding or substantially complicating identification of the data subject, pseudonymisation replaces the name and other identification features with an indicator. Cookies are used to do this. Cookies are small files containing configuration information that are stored on your terminal device. We collect information on your activities on the websites you visit (e.g. surfing behaviour, sub-pages visited via the Internet offers, advertising banners you click on, etc.). Most web browsers are set to automatically accept all cookies. By setting your browser so that it accepts no cookies or only certain cookies, or that it notifies you as soon as cookies are sent, you can object at any time to the creation of a pseudonymised user profile with effect for the future. As a result, you may not be able to use all functions of our websites in full.
You can also disable the use of cookies by Google by downloading and installing the plug-in provided there via this link. Via the following link, you can view and edit the settings linked to the cookie: link. Alternatively, you can disable the use of such cookies by a large number of third parties, including those we do not use, by visiting the opt-out page of the Network Advertising Initiative and making appropriate settings there.
Please refer to our cookie policy for more information on cookies.
