The Commercial Services business unit has been working in partnership with the Volkswagen Group for many years. Our colleagues apply their expert knowledge to exciting projects focused on administration, customer care services and gastronomy. Details for each area can be found below on the pages.
We offer our clients tailor-made solutions for a trouble-free business process. We find answers to administrative challenges, engage in animated discussions with our flexible Customer Care Services and ensure well-being with our catering services. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
24 hours a day – 365 days a year – we have been available for consumers and dealers in the Customer Care Services business unit since January 2010 with over 500 dedicated and expert employees.
This ensures the highest possible accessibility for customers in the Volkswagen Group. We handle written and telephone correspondence from consumers and dealers for the German and international markets. With their outstanding communication skills, our employees provide multilingual services in the languages English, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Italian and French. Our expertise and passion for customer service are reflected in our customer-centric way of working.
The Input Management project was established in February 2011 for Volkswagen Financial Services Digital Solutions GmbH in Post and has been active since then in document logistics, work preparation and scanning, OCR data service and SAP data service.
Its employees currently process up to 10,000 mailboxes on a daily basis. From 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays, 26.5 million pages per year are reviewed for quality, digitised, stored in their entirety, verified multiple times and prepared as required for other systems and subsequent processes.
We have been providing “Administration as a Service” for our customers of the Volkswagen Group since 2014. These are mainly administrative services in the legal, regulatory, tax and sales context. Around 190 colleagues administer essential processes for the Volkswagen Group as a long-term strategic partner. Projects such as funding management, commercial legal protection, relocation services and much more are holistically implemented.

The Event & Gastronomy business unit operates 365 days a year, helping create unforgettable experience for customers and guests with services including corporate catering, internal school and between-meal catering or for our customer Volkswagen, event organisation and attendee management at internal and external event locations for companies and private individuals, and catering and other services in football stadiums and event venues. It is also ready to take on new challenges in new locations.
